De-Commissioning & Uninstalling Equipment
Once the machinery becomes our responsibility, our removal team of experienced electrical & mechanical
engineers study the audit notes to meticulously ensure all bases have been covered. Site services are
isolated and disconnected and fixings and cables comprehensively recorded to ensure a smooth installation
for the machinery relocationd.
New Location Installation
Once in their new location, our engineers move the machines into a storage area. The audit notes are then used
to accurately determine the centre line and datums of the machines, along with the general footprint, using
laser equipment for optimum accuracy.
The machines are then methodically set in place and thee customer checks that the positioning is practical.
Levelling, interconnections and site services are then carried out to allow you not to have to deal with additional contractors.
RJB believes that the devil is in the detail and that obtaining as much information as possible can ensure a smooth
transition between locations. It is also essential to employ the correct equipment for the job.
This may be a crane, a large 40 ton fork lift or a suitable vehicle.
Relocation Support
We can provide an engineer to remain on site on all our relocation projects. This engineer
is able to assist the customers' own team to fine tune the machinery,
undertake tests and ensure a smooth relocation of all heavy machinery and equipment after the
relocation has been completed.
